🍪 Cookie Cups 🍪

These cookie cups are almost like mini-tarts, but with vanilla cookie dough! These cups are lined with tempered chocolate (to keep the filling secured), filled, and sealed with more tempered chocolate.

Blackberry - Vanilla cookie base, blackberry compote, 55% white chocolate by Valrhona.
Mango - Vanilla cookie base, mango compote, Yuzu infused white chocolate by Valrhona.
Coffee Chocolate Ganache - Vanilla cookie base, chocolate ganache (Freshly brewed coffee + 70% dark chocolate), 70% dark chocolate by Valrhona.
S'mores - Cinnamon and vanilla cookie base, homemade marshmallow creme, and tempered dark chocolate on top by Valrhona.
Fluffernutter - Vanilla cookie base, peanut butter ganache, homemade marshmallow creme, and white chocolate on top by Valrhona. 
PB&J - Vanilla cookie base, peanut butter ganache, homemade berry jam, and topped with raspberry chocolate by Valrhona.
