Flavors:
White Chocolate Chunk Macadamia Nut - This is our personal favorite, but also a classic. To help bring out the flavor the macadamia nut and white chocolate, we've added brown butter and browned milk solids.
Orange Pistachio Dark Chocolate Chunk - These cookies are made with orange zest, reduced freshly squeezed orange juice, pistachios that we deshell and roast ourselves, and chunks of 70% couverture chocolate that we chop ourselves. The flavor combinations of citrus, roasted pistachio, and chocolate makes for an irresistible cookie that difficult to put down.
Salted Dark Chocolate Chunk - We personally believe that every bakery needs to have a chocolate chip cookie and this is our take on that. We add browned milk solids to help elevate it a bit while the hint of espresso help makes the chocolate chunks taste more fudgy. We also sprinkle a pinch of rock salt on top before pulling them out of the oven.
